TokenGate compliance, AML screening and legal commitments.
AML and KYC
All users must complete wallet authentication and AML screening in the external TokenGate app before accessing API keys or making payments. We do not provide service to users or jurisdictions prohibited by applicable sanctions.
Data processing
The public website does not collect or store API keys, wallet private keys or payment information. Those flows are handled exclusively in the external application.
Acceptable use
Usage of the TokenGate API is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Activities that violate laws, harm others or abuse the platform are prohibited.
